Arizona Gynecology Consultants strives to meet the needs of our patients within the patient-provider relationship. To provide that care we have multiple offices staffed with licensed women’s health providers. Additionally, we have licensed providers scheduled for urgent issues and on-call services. It is not possible for us to guarantee that only one selected provider will be available for these services which may result in you having care with any of our providers based on staffing availability and on-call requirements. Additionally, we cannot guarantee that the licensed provider available for your care will be of any particular gender, race, religion, age or other personal characteristic. We understand that some patients may desire this type of restriction in their care so we are happy to provide your medical records to another practice of your choice upon your request.

At Arizona Gynecology Consultants, providers will only provide telehealth services to individuals in the state in which the provider is licensed in.
