Education:
Born and raised in Arizona, Alexis English began her nursing career in the Pediatric Emergency Department at Phoenix Children’s, where she quickly discovered her passion for fast-paced, high-acuity medicine. Over the years, she advanced to become one of the department’s lead trauma nurses, caring for critically ill and injured children during some of the most challenging moments of their lives.
While she values the energy, teamwork, and purpose that come with emergency medicine, her experience also reinforced the importance of prevention and taking control of one’s health before problems arise.
That passion naturally led her to women’s health and wellness. She enjoys building meaningful relationships with patients, educating and empowering women to take charge of their health, and helping them feel their best at every stage of life. Whether optimizing wellness, supporting hormonal health, or helping someone regain confidence and energy, she believes healthcare should be both personalized and proactive.
Outside of medicine, Alexis enjoys staying active, exploring new restaurants, and spending quality time with her boyfriend, Lawrence, and his daughter, Gracie. At home, life revolves around her Cockapoo, Grinchy, who keeps things entertaining and is convinced he runs the household.
