Avery was raised in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area and earned both her undergraduate nursing degree and Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from The University of Arizona. Prior to transitioning into women’s health, she worked for five years as a pediatric intensive care unit (PICU) nurse, where she developed a strong foundation in patient advocacy, compassionate care, and managing complex medical conditions. Avery is also a certified Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE), providing trauma-informed care and support for patients experiencing sexual assault.

Avery is passionate about women’s health and enjoys building meaningful relationships with her patients while providing individualized, evidence-based care. She values creating a supportive environment where patients feel comfortable, heard, and empowered in their healthcare decisions.

In her free time, Avery enjoys cooking, trying new recipes, traveling, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
