Education:
Elizabeth Wood is an Arizona native, born and raised in the Valley. She began her career as an OB nurse, where she developed a strong foundation in women’s health and a passion for patient care. She later earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Arizona State University, specializing in Women’s Health, to expand her ability to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.
As a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, Elizabeth has experience caring for patients across all stages of life. Her clinical focus includes preventive care, contraceptive counseling, menstrual concerns, menopause management, and a wide range of general gynecologic conditions. She is committed to evidence-based care and believes in helping patients feel informed, confident, and supported in every healthcare decision.
Elizabeth’s approach is centered on collaboration, continuity, and treating the whole person. She takes time to understand each patient’s unique needs, addressing both physical and emotional aspects of health while creating a space where patients feel heard, respected, and comfortable.
Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her two children and caring for her small farm, where she especially loves raising chickens. She also enjoys gardening, reading, hiking, and traveling.
